Vitality at Sea

		The Solarium on Oasis of the Seas is an adult dedicated area deriving from the Latin word 'sol', meaning 'sun'. Within the Solarium is a fresh water pool along with serene whirlpools. A refreshing new feature on Oasis is the Solarium Bistro which offers a wide ranging menu to complement the Vitality at Sea program, placing an emphasis on delicious, health conscious fare. In the evening hours, the Solarium Bistro is transformed to a romantic, starlit restaurant with specialty dining and dancing. Also taking place in the Solarium is the late night dance club experience 'twenty'. Also part of the Solarium are two cantilevered whirlpools which are suspended 136 feet above the ocean. Located on deck five is a jogging track, which happens to be the longest at sea, not surprisingly. One lap around the track equals .43 miles. There are dedicated stretching points in the aft section and whimsical phrases posted above to keep joggers motivated to push for another lap. Completely forward on deck five is an entrance to the Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center. There is also an entrance on deck six forward. The Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness spaces on Oasis of the Seas offer World class services and offerings where guests can indulge in a line up of activities that benefit the mind, body, and spirit.








		New on Oasis of the Seas is YSPA, a separate and dedicated area that provides treatments and services for kids and teens. Among the treatments available are a Me! Bath Ice Cream Manicure and Pedicure, and a Fabulously Fruity Facial. There are twenty nine beautifully appointed treatment rooms where guests can select from a wide range of therapies including 24 Karat Gold Facials, Fire and Ice Manicures, and acupuncture. Also located within the Vitality at Sea Spa is a Medi-Spa area that offers cosmetic treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, DYSPORT™, Restylane® and Perlane® dermal fillers. Other popular services include Acupuncture, Elemis Oxydermal Facials, Thai Herbal Poultice Massage, Elemis Aroma Spa Seaweed Massage, Ionithermie Cheek Lift Treatment, and GO SMiLE tooth whitening. Male guests equally have a wide variety of options from which to choose including the closest shave to indulgent spa services. There are pre treatment relaxation rooms upon arrival to ensure a relaxing experience from beginning to end. Guests can keep fit at sea with state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment as well as a range of new class offerings, personal training, and nutritional counseling.







		Offered new on Oasis of the Seas is a Tour de Cycle program, during which guests can develop cardiac and physical capacity and increase metabolism or muscle strength with the Activio® heart rate feedback feature. The Kinesis fitness program, featured new on Oasis of the Seas, is ideal for an enjoyable and effective group or individual workout. The exercise works the mind and body with three dimensional movements that improve balance, flexibility, and strength. With over 400 separate movements possible and over 250 exercises from which to choose, Kinesis provides a range of circuit exercises that will prove to always be fresh and challenging. The Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center is uniquely located within the ship's bow, breaking from the traditional location on other Royal Caribbean ships on the upper decks.
