Lower Promenade Deck

Located at the base of the Atrium is a scale model of the Ryndam II (1951).  This model can actually run on a battery and only a few were built.
Located in this glass case are a 20th century Dutch ship model, a spindle, net pin, hour glass, Gin bottle, brass telescope, small table globe, engraving, and a Rosewood case with nautical instruments.

Escalators may take guests down one deck to Main Deck or sweep guests up to the Atrium from their embarkation.
Guests wishing to minimize their home laundry may catch up while on board.  The machines provide soap for wash and each particular load requires quarters.
Every stateroom aboard Ryndam features plush EuroTop mattresses by Sealy, waffle weave bath robes, Egyptian cotton sheets, large, fluffy bath robes, and more.

Flat panel televisions are also located in each stateroom accompanied by a DVD player.  Guests may also use the DVD player to play personal music CDs.
Outdoors on Lower Promenade Deck is a 360-degree wrap-around deck.  Guests may stroll the deck or enjoy a good book on one of the traditional wooden deck chairs.
With all of the modern amenities located throughout the Ryndam, there are still so many traditional elements reminding guests that they are aboard a classic cruise ship.
